  2. Smile, a warm smile is a good opener!
  3. Seek eye contact (but do not stare!)
  4. Conversations should be on positive issues only
  5. Keep to the truth – never exaggerate in order to impress
  6. Be self confident, but neither snooty
  7. Let the other finish what he/she has to say

7 Tips about what to avoid on a date

  1. Shy greeting
  2. Endless monologues or interrupting the other
  3. Slander about other people (work colleagues, etc.)
  4. NEVER mention the ex
  5. Negativity, whining
  6. Dogmatism and insisting
  7. Making false promises
